{I have been with AirCom since 2006. We have the best team ever. You couldn’t ask for a better company to work for. Go team, Go. - Leny, Data Entry Admin
{Challenging myself every day makes me feel empowered and successful.  The word “impossible” does not exist here at AirCom; no matter who you are or where you are from, an opportunity is all you need to start proving yourself. - Estefani, Estimating Assistant
{AirCom is a fast-growing company with great people who support your growth. In such a fast-paced industry, where everyone is trying to hit one deadline after the next, it is encouraging to know that your work is still valued and appreciated. I am very grateful for the opportunity to work here and have learned a lot along the way. - Rangsiya, Junior Estimator
{As a mechanical engineer with an MBA, I am grateful to have celebrated my 2nd anniversary at AirCom marked this January, and I love it! Born in El Salvador, I was blessed to have been awarded a scholarship to pursue and further my studies for my B.S in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA in Taiwan. The experience opened many opportunities that eventually led me to Canada for almost four years. I speak fluent Spanish, English, and Mandarin, and I understand a bit of French and Italian. I am proud to be an engineer in the HVAC sector alongside a great supportive and hardworking team! - Ana, Lead Engineer
{Before I started working at AirCom, I was a mechanical engineering graduate working retail during the height of the pandemic. As time passed and with no job offer secured, I became more worried that my degree was getting stale. In the summer of 2021, I was offered a role as a Junior Estimator, where I was tasked to mark drawings. As I progressed, I was given many opportunities to study the different roles in the estimating department. I am now a junior estimator in charge of finalizing take-off for RFQs / Bids. AirCom employs and has given people from all walks of life the opportunity to prove themselves. Even if you possess an unconventional career path, if you are a driven individual with ambitions, do not be afraid to give AirCom a shot! - Rangsiya, Junior Estimator
{I’ve been at Aircom for about four years now. I’ve gone from a junior helper to a fully licensed 313A mechanic in these four years. I’ve enjoyed learning from some very talented mechanics, which accelerated my learning process. Working at Aircom is a great experience and is now like a second family to me. - Jason, Technician
